How is an OSA created?
The development of an OSA requires a certain amount of work by the experts in the respective subject. We moderate the implementation process and accompany you through every step of the proce
- Strategic orientation: The required orientation of the OSA is determined together with experts from the respective subject.
- Survey of requirements: An essential aspect when creating an OSA is the empirical determination of the requirement profile of a degree programme. The aim is to identify those requirements that are important when successfully dealing with the respective degree programme. We use an online tool to guide this two-step process and we evaluate the collected data.
- Development of contents: To be able to present the determined requirements in the OSA, specific modules are developed for each degree programme (e.g. module on study-related interests, expectations, etc.), which can be both informative and also used for aptitude diagnostics. At the heart of each OSA is the subject-specific module, which includes tasks for representative content and methods of the degree programme.
- Technical implementation: We deal with the programming of the OSAs and ensure professional implementation and presentation of the tasks.
- Regular evaluation: We regularly evaluate the online self-assessments and adapt them as required.
